Whether your focus is  on training a child or teen for a sport-specific skill i.e. linebacker, power forward, goalie, 100m dash or you have personal goals of achieving a fit lifestyle to improve your confidence and  health, we will modify one of our three proven blueprints to fit your needs.

WE ALWAYS BEGIN WITH FREE SESSIONS UNTIL WE CAN ASSESS WHAT STRATEGY WILL WORK BEST FOR YOU. SIGN UP. ALL SESSIONS ARE SMALL GROUP SESSIONS UNLESS PERSONAL TRAINING IS REQUESTED.

Plan #1: Maintain


If you’re already on a path that you believe is serving your needs and want to maintain that level or possibly add a tool or two to your box, “Maintain” is for you. This plan allows weekly personal training for 4 week intervals.

PRICE: Not much at all. Heck, you’ve already done most of the work for us!

Plan #3: Hall of Fame Package

Now, you’re in the big leagues. No matter your goal or where you start, if you can discipline yourself to embrace this plan, you will land and probably exceed wherever it is you want to be... at least, as far as sports performance & fitness - can’t make you a princess or senator or anything like that, sorry.
2-3 sessions a week for 24 weeks.

PRICE: Cheaper than you think. In fact, least expensive of all plans. Seriously.

Plan #2: Excel


Now, down to the nitty-gritty. If you really want to see a difference you must commit. This plan meets for two, sometimes three small groups sessions to challenge yourself along side those on similar paths. Sessions are weekly for 12 weeks.

PRICE: Way less than sitting on the bench when you could have worked hard and been a starter. Just sayin’.
